I figure they're the type that adheres to a hierarchy, putting on whatever face they feel will achieve their goals. They know who they can step on, and who they need to suck up to.
Could the guy who had his drone taken by this woman take any sort of legal action against her? To be fair, drones can be really expensive, and the fact she was just going to walk off with it (ie steal it) seems ridiculous, especially if there's no way of him punishing her for it.
