Rumors of a PC version of Grand Theft Auto V have been rife but latest reports state that the game will indeed be available for PCs, and it will be released November 22, 2013. The GTA V PC version can reportedly be pre-ordered by UK e-retailer Game Seek for £24.75 ($39.86) for the November release date, although the site states that the date is subjected to change by the manufacturer.
Source: http://www.christiantoday.com/article/gta.v.pc.release.date.november.22.uk.retailer.pre.order.pc.version.39/34163.htm Website in question: http://www.gameseek.co.uk/pd/VideoGamesycs65a12qv/
Well, we can only wait and see. And hope. And pray.
Na, the website's just doing that for hits.
If only. End of the year release date would be perfect.
I'll wait for official twitter post before I hype up.
That would be nice.

40 bucks? I'm in. Except I'm going to be starting my online char and I won't be able to transfer it :(
Really doubt this is legit.
It says (PREDICTED)
It says (PREDICTED)
A really bad prediction.
holy shit i hope this is true. that's my birthday <3
Can we please stop fucking taking any random website putting up a GTAV PC version for pre-order as anything other than bullshit? Some random unknown website isn't going to have some inside Rockstar knowledge that no mainstream retailers do.
Taking this with the tiniest grain of salt.
Really doubt this is legit.
Why? A computer like that can run GTA IV on minimum settings, GTA V does not look all that better
"Windows XP" "DirectX 10.0"... this doesn't seem very thought through
A really bad prediction.
Look at the performance on the Xbox and PS3 versions with around the same specifications. I'm sure a PC with those specifications can handle it just as well. Graphics settings exist for a reason.
"Windows XP" "DirectX 10.0"... this doesn't seem very thought through
yea, thats impossible without hacking things up. dx10 isnt supported/even supposed to work on xp.
Another source, more reliable: http://www.gta5tv.com/gta-v-pc-release-date/
Jesus, this is a terrible article. They can barely speak english and provide zero evidence for what they are talking about. Also this release date, like everyone has said, is obviously just made up to gather views for a completely unknown website. How would they even know the release date when actual retailers do not? Though to be fair to them it worked to get some hits so fair play I suppose.
I hope the port is playable and not like IV.
Jesus, this is a terrible article. They can barely speak english and provide zero evidence for what they are talking about.
Not only that but the screens are more that obviously fake because how can a game ever use only 02% of the CPU? [t]http://www.gta5tv.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/pc2.jpg[/t]
Still worth it though, right?
With our Pre-order Price Guarantee, you can order now and if the GameSeek price increases between the time you place your order and the release date, you'll be charged the lower price.
Order now at £25 and you are guaranteed to pay only that. The only thing stopping me is that it will probably have overflown with preorders and likely taken many more than they will be able to stock, so chances are you wont get it on release date. Also I'd prefer to have it on Steam.
I'm skeptical but a part of me says it's going to be released at the end of this year. If so, I will be jumping with joy as I don't own a console and I have a major exam to sit for next year, therefore I will be forced to dedicate my time studying and not playing GTA V. If R* releases V for the holiday season I can play it to my hearts content until my next semester begins. :v: Edit : Also, wasn't there an FPer who is friends with an MTA dev and mentions a PC announcement coming soon ?
Really doubt this is legit.
No way in the living of fuck would Windows XP be supported
i don't think they'd do this. you're more likely to see it released in a year with whatever DLC is released bundled with it. goty edition? a next-gen version at the same time wouldn't surprise me either
why the fuck is everyone so wanky about gta v coming to the pc? EVERY SINGLE gta (save for liberty city stories and vice city stories, which were mediocre psp cash-in games anyway) has been on the pc. red dead redemption didnt make it because it was made by rockstar san diego (NOT rockstar north, who makes gta), and theyve never ported shit to the pc ever, and anyhow, rdr was a coding mess and the manpower it would take to bring it to the pc was not worth the investment of time and money

I will just wait till Rockstar announces it. Also Rockstar currently has their hands full with GTA Online and the upcoming DLC.
Yeah, uh no. It's not going to be released this year. I highly doubt it.
You can be sure they'll announce it more than a month in advance - they do have to deal with investors and stakeholders after all. They would probably be pissed off if all of a sudden they found out they were spending millions of dollars on making something without telling them.
