Discuss this hilarious stupid, but cool childrens show.
The first few seasons are still the bomb, the humor and art style is quite different. I miss it a lot, nowadays it is just random and just for kids.
First few seasons had something mature and odd about them.

I wish that can come back. Damn!
I think shortly after the first movie came out it went all down hill from there.
Pretty sure Stephen Hillenburg is coming back for the second movie, so it might be good.
Y'know, I recall seeing the show doing episodes on Viva, usually when I was at the gym. I also recall this one episode where there was some weird blue-and-red costumed guy frozen in ice, with Spongebob and Patrick discovering his frozen form in a cave.
Anyone know the episode I'm talking about? 'cause I don't.

Good people don't rip people's arms off!
I adore the first three seasons of Spongebob. Season 4 is odd in that it started off strong with "Fear of a Krabby Patty" and "Shell of a Man." The next few episodes fell into "okay" territory. Then the episode "Krusty Towers" happened, which served as the harbinger of many boring and awful episodes to come.
Krusty Towers was the last episode that made me laugh out loud.

"Do you mind???"
Fear of a Krabby Patty wasn't as strong for me. Maybe it was that montage of Spongebob going mad that made me think "something is off here".
I think Krusty Towers was around when Spongebob lost its intelligent/more mature humor and began losing ideas but it was still enjoyable. It was more 2007/2008 when its quality dropped massively.
The early seasons are some of my favorite TV episodes ever and had some hilarious moments.
