It looks like the Spanish version of Minesweeper, or a virus that's supposed to imitate it.
Run a virus scan.
I scanned, no virus found. I tried to delete it and it just re appeared. But i solved it by taking a .png and renaming to Server.exe and quickly delete the program and replace it with the png. It worked.
Replacing the file with another file isn't really stopping whatever virus you have, you still have some rogue software on your computer trying to run that file every second.
Try running several different AV programs like Malwarebytes, Hijack This and Avast!
Although points for creativeness.
