Anyways, lets get on, how would a war Between The US and the EU start? include who will be allies, and how much distruction will happen with your theory.

The UN, of course, has collapsed in this time of war but keen to re-unite the world, many of the major forces (that haven't been conquered already) join the USA. This being part of Russia (the whole of Russia could never be captured as this would take a huge battle) and some of the major countries of Asia (Japan, China, South Korea)
The USA (with it's allies) and the EU (conquered by the UK) would go to war which would pretty much end in the USA winning and forcing the EU to submit and in the end, making the people of the EU realise the error of their ways.
The amount of destruction wouldn't be tremendous but still quite bad, with bombings of Europe and America, Japan would bomb Dunkirk (where the British and French retreated to, back in the day) and teh joint Britain, France, Spain and Germany all still attempting to conquer Russia and the Pacific throughout this war; using all their military (whether [url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Air_force]Airbourne[/url], [url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Navy]Navy[/url], or [url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Army]Infantry[/url])
