I can't believe people fell for Valves little scam, tempting people to buy a bunch of indie games to make Portal 2 release earlier, then when it was crunch time, they fucked us up the ass and released Portal 2 on it's original date. Good thing I hate indie games and had no interest.

That is what I suspected, they were probably adjusting the values the entire time to make sure that it releases exactly when they wanted it to.

I still love Valve's games, but what they have down to TF2 with items/hats, how they use hats as a way to make money from OTHER game releases, and some of the other money grabbing schemes they use have really started to irk me.
I can't play TF2 anymore, because they just added too much shit. I know there are vanilla servers and ways to work around it, but its the principle that bothers me.
