Gateway NV53 meets game requirements but can't run them well.

This is the computer I have.

AMD Turion II Ultra M600 2.4 dual core CPU, 4 GB RAM, and an ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 4200 Graphics card.

Theoretically, I shouldn't have much problem running most games that aren't horribly demanding. I know I played Dragon Age Origins on this when I first got it, but I've been trying to use it now for gaming and I can't. Limbo runs but is slightly sluggish. It runs Orcs Must Die sluggishly, and I tried playing SWTOR on it but I get about 10 fps.

Is it just my computer or what? It meets requirements for these games but can't run them. Any tips?
