Man shoots free runners after mistaking them for burglars - Polidicks

A builder has been jailed for shooting two suspected burglars who had scrambled onto a rooftop - but turned out to be innocent free runners. Foreman Eric Kingston, 47, opened fire with a .22 air rifle after the group of 'parkour' enthusiasts scaled a scaffolding rig. So he shoots 2 guys who are running on a rooftop without having anything in there hands to even justify thinking that they are burglars? Is he gonna shoot window cleaners on skyscrapers too because they are dangerously close to the windows and might steal something?
