I apologise for posting Australian stuff that's irrelevant to most of you.
But for all the claims that the murdoch media is biased toward the Abbott government, it seems their support has taken a temporary holiday, or maybe it's just good business practise to protest authority.

I'm almost certain Murdoch only wants the liberal government in parliament, based on the kinds of things he tweets.

Of course. The Liberal party loves screwing everyone over if it gives mega-corporations tax breaks.
FYI Murdoch is a newspaperman and is only interested in working things so he can sell newspapers. Several times in Britain and Australia he's supported Labor because he could say bad things about the current Liberals and sell loads of papers. He does have a Liberal bias but he knows how to work his readership.
