Five US citizens, have been arrested after the slaying of illegal immigrants coming in from Mexico, immigration officials announced Tuesday.
The defendants allegedly obtained letters from the CIA in Washington DC, giving them orders to kill incoming immigrants -- for as much as $35,000 each -- to at least quell the inflow of illegals, officials said. The letters, which were in a garbage dump, were recovered by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. The Office of Immigration could not verify that the letters were made by the CIA and disposed of them. U.S. officials set a court date for the five offenders.
Pablo Fernando, A Mexican immigrant from Tijuana, said he and others were crossing the border through a forest when loud shots rang out. Men with assault rifles appeared at one end of the forest. They ran from the gunmen, but 3 of his 6 group members were shot, and could no longer run. Pablo hid behind the bushes as the survivors got away. He witnessed the assailants lining up the immigrants and shooting them to death, execution style. Pablo was later beaten to death on his way to Atlanta for a CNN interview.
This is surprising follow up to a more prominent attack on Illegals that occurred two years ago, and by this same group. Seventeen Illegal Mexican men were running down a hill as Mexican police herded them across the border because they were convicted of serious offenses including internet and tax fraud, which is taboo in Mexico. Another group appeared on the other side with rifles in hand. The Mexicans, outnumbered and flanked, did what any group would do in that situation. They attempted to dig the longest tunnel ever dug to San Francisco. At first accepted because of the Mexican group's dual citizenships, this tunnel was later raided and destroyed when US Police forces discovered that they were trafficking hookers and blow through this tunnel.
What can normal people do to help these immigrant when the US government does not? I also find it interesting that there was no more investigations into the CIA letter. The men were simply called liars and put on trial (although the crimes may permit that).
