probably looks fine locally, but on a server it looks like ass without any sort of smoothing

Since the Kinect is IR, you could probably get some of those IR reflector balls and put them along your body, and basically make a super accurate Mocap for animating shit in Source Film maker, even better than is already being done

Unless the Kinect uses a bunch of lasers rather than reflected IR light, then nevermind

Holy shit that was awesome!

Really gave me a vibe of classic TF2, like the older meet the team videos. Reminds me of when TF2 was a stylistic masterpiece with witty humor before going all stupid hats and "PYRO SEES RaInBoWs!!! xD"
