Hello everybody. I've been trying to play PS1 game on my PS Vita using Adrenaline and the dumped PS1 disc .ISO. But Adrenaline Bubble Booter just wont boot the game ISO. Here's what I did; - Install Henkaku, Molecular Shell - Install Adrenaline - Install Adrenaline Bubble Booter Installer - Put the PS1 ISO in ux0:pspemu/ - Make a PSPEMU001.VPK , which was made from AdrBubbleBooterCreator.exe. I set the game file path to ms0:/ . DIdnt set any icon images. Everything else is default. - Installed that PSPEMU001.VPK - But when I start up the PSPEMU001 app in Vita, it just boot up the PSP XMB menu. It didnt boot up the PS1 game. I cant see the PS1 game in the booted PSP XMB menu either. How can I play the PS1 game? what did I do wrong? Can I just put the ISO somewhere, and start the PS1 gamefrom the emulated PSP XMB menu? Thanks. https://github.com/TheOfficialFloW/Adrenaline [editline]17th December 2017[/editline] Forget it, I'll just convert the ISOs into eboot, then play that using Adrenaline XMB. Do tell me if you guys knows how to make 'bubbles' for individual games though
I haven't followed the scene for the last 5-6 months, but I'm fairly sure it's not possible to run PS1 ISOs, unless you emulate them using a libretro core. You have to make a POPS eboot and create either create a bubble for it, or just run it from the XMB - just like you said. For creating bubbles use Adrenaline Bubble Manager. It was pretty wonky when I used it, so I preferred the original .txt method - but it should be fine now, development never stopped
So we still need to make eboots if we want to use Adrenaline Bubble Manager?
So we still need to make eboots if we want to use Adrenaline Bubble Manager?
The general idea is that Adrenaline Bubble Booter (the manager is just a GUI for the Booter plugin) just creates bubble shortcuts to stuff that is bootable in Adrenaline: PSP ISOs, PSP eboots. PS1 ISOs were never bootable, as far as I remember; so yes, you need to make a POPS eboot. Also, not all PS1 games that worked on the original PSP work on Adrenaline, keep that in mind
I see, thanks for the confirmations.
