Since then, the release of photos from the scene - apparently sold by a Pakistani security officer to the Reuters news agency - has added further embarrasment to the government there. Al Jazeera's Imtiaz Tayib reports from Abbottabad where Osama bin Laden was killed.
Quote from the video: "None of the men LOOK like Bin Laden, and there is no sign of any weapons."
them guys were fucked up really bad
Woah..
Title is highly inaccurate; they did not leak any pictures of bin Laden, they leaked Pakistani photos of the aftermath. It's very likely the Pakistanis don't have any of the material the Seals collected.
Is there any sense in censoring the faces...

[editline]7th May 2011[/editline]
Is there any sense in censoring the faces...
Was there any sense in hiding the photos to begin with? Not even a full week and they're out.
The photos were taken an hour after the shooting according to the video.
So yeah, Binny's body would've been long gone by then, probably swimming with the fishes.
they loaded the body onto the helicopter and took off with it before anyone arrived at the scene. the only people who could possibly have photos of the body are the seals
Is there any sense in censoring the faces...
they probably have some graphic entry wounds that the tv doesn't want to show
That's a very misleading title.

I get the OP just posted the article, but still irresponsible.
misleading title op
Fixed the title.
they loaded the body onto the helicopter and took off with it before anyone arrived at the scene. the only people who could possibly have photos of the body are the seals
Luckily seals do not have internet, due to them living in the ocean. And they also do not have hands to put the picture in a bottle.
I'd imagine the Navy SEALS would have taken any weaponry with them as well, so that doesn't seem unusual.
The uncensored photos have been on the Guardian for a few days. (very bloody) http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/gallery/2011/may/04/osama-bin-laden-compound#/?picture=374256178&index=6
Mind if I add that to the OP?
You shouldn't need to ask for permission to make information easier to access.
Fixed the title.
Pretty sure it's spelled afterMATH, not aftermach
Mind if I add that to the OP?
Doesn't matter to me, go ahead
