This is the build I'm going to buy today. https://secure.newegg.com/WishList/MySavedWishDetail.aspx?ID=16877367 Couple of questions, 1. Is everything compatible? 2. Does the motherboard come with cables like SATA? Because the hard drive is OEM 3. Do I need to buy thermal paste? (I already have keyboard, mouse, OS, monitor, and DVD drive.) Thanks.
Budget? You don't need thermal paste. CPUs that come with heat sinks have thermal paste pre-applied. You just peel off a piece of plastic and slap it on the motherboard. [editline]11:41PM[/editline] Also, your link doesn't work for me. [editline]11:44PM[/editline] Get this RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231277 And this motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131398R Other than that you're all set.

But if you have any suggestions that can bring down the price, then I would appreciate it! Also, how hard is it to build a computer? This is my first build.

It is extremely simple to build a computer, regardless of what mom and dad say. Just Google how to build a PC and if you run into any problems or are unsure of anything just make a thread here in PC Building on Facepunch and we'd be glad to help you out. I'll see if I can lower the price a bit.
I recommend this mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130241 and this case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119203
I recommend this mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130241
Get a DDR3 motherboard. It'd be silly to get DDR2 right now being that it's the same price as DDR3. [editline]11:54PM[/editline] Better case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129042 Same CPU that's cheaper: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103688 The only difference between this CPU and your current one is this one has a lower clock, but no big deal. Cheaper motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130243
Another question. Do computer cases come with fans, or do I have to buy them separately?
They come with them.
Another question. Do computer cases come with fans, or do I have to buy them separately?
The case I posted comes with two fans. A top 140mm for intake, and a 120mm rear fan for exhaust.
Of course, it never hurts to add more fans, but for nearly all applications outside of heavy (I mean like 5 GHz on air heavy) overclocking, the ones that come with the computer is more than adequate.
