• Cannot forward ports at ALL, no one can connect

[del]Terraria, Minecraft, anything that require port forwarding does not work at all. It will show as forwarded in the router and modem settings, but people cannot access my servers. I'm hosting them from my laptop, but that shouldn't cause problems as I've done it before, and it stopped working on my desktop and persisted here. I know I'm doing it correctly, as this has worked before. It just suddenly stopped working. I have a dynamic local IP, and I change the last numbers in the local IP as needed when it changes. ISP is Time Warner cable. Modem is some Motorola thing. Router is Linksys E3000. What's going on? Could my ISP be blocking me from hosting servers for some stupid-ass reason? Please tell me if you need anymore info. [editline]30th March 2013[/editline] I gave in and started using Hamachi again. NO ONE CAN EVEN CONNECT WITH THAT WHEN IT USED TO BE FOOLPROOF. Why is this happening.[/del] Never mind. It was blocked in the firewall when I specifically allowed it. Fucking-
