Fox and Marvel have slotted “Deadpool,” their long-in-development “X-Men” spin-off, for Feb. 12, 2016.Ryan Reynolds, who portrayed the character in 2009’s “X-Men Origins: Wolverine,” has been expected to star for many years, although no deal is in place. Tim Miller is directing the superhero film with Lauren Shuler Donner and Marvel’s Kevin Feige producing. The talkative mercenary character, also known as Wade Wilson, was created by artist Rob Liefeld and writer Fabian Nicieza. He first appeared in print in 1991. If Reynolds does reprise his role in the film it would mark his first superhero project since “Green Lantern,” which floundered at the box office in 2011. On Thursday, Fox also took “Assassin’s Creed” out of its Aug. 7, 2015, slot and moved its “Fantastic Four” reboot into the date from June 19. The studio did not set a new date for “Assassin’s Creed,” based on a Ubisoft videogame and starring Michael Fassbender. Additionally, the studio moved its young-adult drama “Paper Towns,” adapted from the John Green novel, from July 31, 2015, to June 19. Not Nolan North 0/10
Christ that was silly
Christ that was silly
that was the point?
YES. FINALLY.
if it's anything below an r rated movie it will be a failure
Lets hope that the movie studio dont fucking make it pg-13
about damn time
Lets hope that the movie studio dont fucking make it pg-13
Well part of the trailer IS him playing with the head of a man he just decapitated, looks like a good sign to me.
theres no way in hell a deadpool movie will be pg-13
I don't understand why the guy on the motorcycle thought it was a good idea to dismount infront of a rolling SUV.. but other then that, shit was awesome
if it's anything below an r rated movie it will be a failure
of course it is going to be pg-13 do you really think hollywood would make an R rated funny super hero movie in 2014?
I don't understand why the guy on the motorcycle thought it was a good idea to dismount infront of a rolling SUV.. but other then that, shit was awesome
I love that he arrests his momentum instantly. It's like cheesy Bollywood.
Hope it's more like Joe Kelly's Deadpool and less like Daniel Way's Deadpool.
Well part of the trailer IS him playing with the head of a man he just decapitated, looks like a good sign to me.
Just you wait, they're going to edit all that out, and put in new shitty filler scenes to get it to the rating they want.
If I remember correctly, the guy who directed the test footage was hired under the pretense that the movie would be rated R, so I still have faith in this.
if it's anything below an r rated movie it will be a failure
With an R rating it's more likely to become a box office bomb.
I want to be yo lovaaaaaaaah Oh my god my sides

I guess it was a good time to order a Deadpool costume for Halloween. I'm wearing it to the theater when it comes out.
This is probably the opening scene of the film. I'm kinda worried it might suck though.. A long time ago people hyped that this film was going to have unusually a lot of screen time for blood and gore. But you know how ~PG-15 films are these days? And it's definitely not going to be rated R or Adult Only, that I can also tell.
Not Nolan North 0/10
No, fuck that, Ryan Reynolds actually seems like a much better choice. His lines feel more natural than Nolan's shouting.
That was a very loyal adaptation. How very unlike Fox.
No, fuck that, Ryan Reynolds actually seems like a much better choice. His lines feel more natural than Nolan's shouting.
Yeah, reynolds is like the perfect fit for deadpool imo, being a sarcastic asshole comes naturally to him, just look at the one good scene in blade trinity :v:
No, fuck that, Ryan Reynolds actually seems like a much better choice. His lines feel more natural than Nolan's shouting.
Not to mention that Ryan Reynolds actually wants to be Deadpool. He's said it for nearly a decade now.
That was a very loyal adaptation. How very unlike Fox.
Expect Wolverine to make a major appearance, probably in a role that belonged to some other character in the comics, probably one which Synger has already ignored/ruined in the movies, at which point the screenwriter will say that the changes were necessary because Wolverine was the only character that fit in that situation even though said situation was created by unnecessary changes made by the screenwriter himself.
I agree. Ryan Reynolds seems to be a very good fit for Deadpool, given his performance in Blade Trinity. And so far, the leaked footage looks good.
Better feature chimichangas.
Lets hope that the movie studio dont fucking make it pg-13
Pretty much garenteed to be pg13, because they'll want to get kids in there to fill seats
So whens the Lobo movie?
