Upgrading MoBo, CPU and RAM, are these good choices?

Hi, My motherboard is getting pretty old now, so i've decided to get a new one for christmas. But because I'm getting a new motherboard, that means i may as well future proof it for any upgrades. This of course means getting a new CPU and RAM (Because i have DDR2 RAM atm). So i have picked out some parts with fairly good prices.
Current specs
MoBo: M2N4-SLI (has a busted PCI-E X16 slot)
CPU: AMD dual core 6000+ 3.0Ghz
RAM: 4GB 800Mhz (The cheap stuff)
Video Card: GTX 460 (fairly new)
PSU: 600W ocZ
Now, these are the parts I am looking to get.
AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition

Asus M4N75TD NF 750a SLI AM3 Motherboard

Corsair Memory XMS3 4GB DDR3 PC3-10666 (1333) Dual Channel Desktop DHX (Not sure about these though)

Now, that's round about what i can afford, so do all they look good?
Notes
My computer is mainly used for gaming and media.
I am getting 5.1 surround sound soon.
The reason i chose that motherboard is because it doesn't have a built in GPU, and has SLI incase i want to add another card in the future.
Thanks.
All looks good to me

If you feel like it. Not necessary though.

What's the difference? It also only supports Crossfire, and i have an Nvidia card.
Ahhh I didn't notice that. The 790X south bridge is what caught my eye.
Ahh. Thanks guys I'm ordering them now.
