I fitness every sunday for 2 hours and I don't see that much difference from around half a year ago when I started, is 2 hours not enough? Could it be my diet? Why isn't there a questions thread? :v: Also, don't hate me, I'm a beginner

My legs are really strong compared to my upper body, which I want to increase in bench.
I'm also looking forward to 315 on squat too. I've noticed as I squat more and my max increases, everything else increases too.

maybe try putting more emphasis on training upper body since your legs are already so crazy, let the upper body catch up

I haven't maxed out in 3.5 years but I haven't worked out much at all in that time either.
Old maxes
Bench: 165 lbs
Squat: 245 lbs
Hang Clean: 200 lbs
Push Press: 180 lbs
I suspect my bench is around 180ish now and my squat is around 275ish but im not really sure.
here we go:
