About 1850 USD - 1500€ to spend on a new computer.

So i'm going to be building a new computer around october, I think it's still a bit too early to make a thread but oh well why not.
Let's see what you guys can come up with?

I got a 24inch screen, a mouse, a keyboard and an OS (windows 7) so I won't be needing those.
I do need all the rest though.

What's the best possible gaming build I can get for that money? I do want to futureproof the computer for a few years.

I'm from Belgium by the way if that changes anything.

In December things will be drastically different. Prices may even be higher (Damned Christmas) so wait until then to decide.
