I'm thinking of upgrading my graphics card for my HP Pro 3010. Current graphics card I have is a integrated one. Budget is around 100 Dollars.
For that budget I would say Radeon HD 4850 512MB is your best bet.

chances are he's going to need a new PSU as well for that
OP show us a printscreen of http://www.piriform.com/speccy and tell us what your power supply is, it'll be on a sticker on the side of the power supply itself inside the case, we need to know brand and wattage
Sorry for the late reply.
Here's my Speccy:

and the PSU has 300 watts.
New PSU first of all. Increase budget is next.
I'm thinking of buying the ATI Radeon HD4670:

400w minimum on PSU for that.
400w minimum on PSU for that.
I read on another forum that it will be able to run it since my PSU is OEM.

Means nothing your PSU is literally a PSU=Piece of Shit Unit,
get a real one and don't blow up your PC.
Also is your case the slim one or normal size?
Get a decent brand PSU, then scratch up some money and buy a 5770/4870. Don't buy the 4670, it will barely run newer games.

I have a 4670 and it runs crysis on high effortlessly, and maxes all source games with FPS to spare in my other computer.

What's your resolution? 1280x1024?

more like 800x600
This PSU http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182022
and then get a 4850/4870/5770 in future
5770s have low power consumption
