Considering the fact that it says whatever part the baby has when the doctor pulls them from their mother, it CAN'T be some other third category. It's a classification for when you are born, and if you really want to be the other gender later in life, then all the power to you, but it's called a "Birth" certificate, not a "X Stage In My Life" certificate. And eventually she'll be able to get a drivers license, and possibly a passport if she needs/chooses, having those will make showing a birth certificate almost completely unnecessary, save for a few certain situations.

Rather than making these children decide their gender when born we should make the entire human race withhold their gender until puberty to make these children feel better and not discriminated against.

I have nothing against transgender people, but isn't age 10 a bit young for a kid to make that kind of decision? They haven't even hit puberty at that point.
