Ok, I want to upgrade my PC so that it can support Quad-core processors as currently I have a socket AM2 mobo (not AM2+), I figure it would be best to upgrade to AM2+ as i heard AM3 motherboards can't use DDR2 RAM? I'm in the UK
My current motherboard is this: Asus M2N-E SLI Motherboard
And i was thinking about upgrading to either the Gigabyte GA-MA780G-UD3H or the Asus M4A78-E. Which one would be the better one to select, keeping in mind i'd also like to have Crossfire and the ability to still use my DDR2 800 RAM?
I was also wondering on whether this case would be good enough to house either motherboard and the ATI Radeon™ HD 4870 I have as it's a reasonably large graphic's card?
THANKS IN ADVANCE!
