Start with half of a pill wait an hour, then see how you feel. You can rail it too if you don't want to wait as long for it to kick in.
have you done opiates before? I'm guessing not so I recommended the beginner tolerance dose. the high will be very relaxing and you might get really tired. Try not to take it on an empty stomach if you eat it, nausea common with opiates as well as opiate itch. Although it's not really that severe and it feels really nice to scratch haha.

Many muscle relaxants are known to potentiate opiates make sure you have experience in both relatively well before taking 1/3 of a normal dose combined, be safe and never scale the muscle relaxants with the opiates to get higher.

i took a tamazapam and a tizinadine yesterday at 200 and my mom called at 400 saying hey get your shit, your po called and said you had to do a drug test cuz you missed yesterday, im like fuck, hung up, called up my person and said can valim come up as tamazapam, she she said yeah, hung up, called up my mom and said hey i accidentally took a valim from grandma, can you explain to the judge that you gave it to me, she said sure. so i got a little freaked out there for a moment...it was like a sudden shot of meth while on muscle relaxers, and hey try pissing in a cup while being drunk on muscle relaxers lol, i missed like 3 times

valium (diazepam) and restoril (temazepam) are benzos so of course they will show up positive for benzos..
