Towel Jesus is walking around my street with a bat. - General

It's been about an hour now, and this guy with clothes made out of towels claiming he is Jesus hasn't moved on from our street. And he has a bat. We called the police, but he still hasn't left yet. All he does is walk randomly around the street. He hasn't gotten past the sidewalks, however. My Dad is the president of our HOA, so he gave me the rundown on this guy. Apparently, this guy has been pretty sane for the past couple of years, but just now he has stopped taking his meds. The reason my Dad knows so much about this guy is that he once tried to hop the security fence to some HOA property while they were having a meeting there. He claimed he left his divine sandals on the property. They called the cops, and eventually they had to tackle him, and then they made him spend ten days at a mental hospital. I'm pretty freaked out about this. Has anyone else dealt with these kinds of people before?
