AntiSec 'hackers without borders' claim new hack on Arizona state police

AntiSec -- a group of hackers made up of members from the Anonymous and the disbanded LulzSec -- published online files that it says contain personal information and documentation of racism in the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
The group says it broke into the state police agency's email servers to get the data, which is made up of "names, addresses, phone numbers, passwords, social security numbers, online dating account info, voicemails, chat logs, and seductive girlfriend pictures belonging to a dozen Arizona police officers" as a follow up to LulzSec's Web attack on Arizona DPS last week.
Officials from Arizona DPS were unavailable to confirm AntiSec's latest claims on Wednesday. Last week, the Arizona Highway Patrol Assn. said online attacks and data leaks, such as the LulzSec action, could compromise the safety of law enforcement officers.
AntiSec announced its hack against the state's safety department on Wednesday on Twitter and various "torrent" file-sharing websites such as the Pirate Bay.
"We found more internal police reports, cops forwarding racist chain emails, K9 drug unit cops who use percocets, and a convicted sex offender who was part of FOP Maricopa Lodge Five," a police fraternity, AntiSec said in its data leak.
The group said it hacked into the personal email, Facebook and Match.com accounts of a spokesman for Arizona DPS who has "been bragging to the news about how they are upgrading their security and how they will catch the evil hackers who exposed them." AntiSec also promised to do the same to "anyone else who tries to paint us as terrorists in an Orwellian attempt to pass more pro-censorship or racial-profiling police state laws."
Racism and corruption in the Arizona Department of Public Safety is what AntiSec says it is trying to expose and the group accuses the state police agency of "illegally issuing tickets to Navajos in AZ state court jurisdiction instead of tribal courts" and pushing out officers who spoke up against such civil rights concerns.
The group also acknowledged that its hacking could pose harm to police, but said it's not close to the harm police have brought on the state of Arizona.
"Yes we're aware that putting the pigs on blast puts risks their safety, those poor defenseless police officers who lock people up for decades, who get away with brutality and torture, who discriminate against people of color, who make and break their own laws as they see fit," AntiSec said. "We are making sure they experience just a taste of the same kind of violence and terror they dish out on an every day basis. Our advice to you is to quit while you still can and turn on your commanding officers before you end up in our cross hairs next, because we're not stopping until every prisoner is freed and every prison is burned to the ground."
The group also encouraged other hackers to "set aside our differences and join the antisec popular front against the corrupt governments, corporations, militaries, and law enforcement of the world. We promise you much more bounty to come guaranteed to bring smiles to the faces of all those who have hated the police. Unite and fight, for the flames of revolution burn bright!"
TL;DR: Arizona cops are racist as all fuck, according to leaked emails.
TUCSON -- Hackers have once again slammed Arizona police, exposing racism and corruption.
In the second release of data on Wednesday, June 29, in the Chinga La Migra Dos files, Tucson schools public safety officer Robert 'Bob' Barry of Tucson, sent a letter to Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne urging an investigation of studies at Santa Rita High School in May.
Barry tells the Attorney General that students at Santa Rita High are being "indoctrinated" because they are being told about the genocide of Native Americans.
Barry calls a diversity speech "hate speech," in the message posted below.
Barry, who retired from the Department of Corrections as a criminal investigator, is a school safety officer with Tucson Unified School District .
Barry's other e-mails reveal his anti-immigration, and anti-immigrant, stance.
Barry's report to the Attorney General focused on a talk by Cavlin Terrell to students.
Terrell is a motivational speaker who speaks on diversity issues. In a separate school newsletter online, Marocs de Niza High School praised Terrell for his talk, "From Coward to Warrior," to students last summer.
Meanwhile, in the second Chinga La Migra release, Anonymous found documents exposing racial discrimination against Navajos by Arizona police.
The released files reveal that charges against Navajos were illegally filed in state courts, rather than tribal courts. One Navajo officer from Teec Nos Pos, Arizona, said he was retaliated against by his superior when he discovered the illegal filing of charges of crimes occurring on Navajoland.
The Navajo officer filed a discrimination complaint with the Arizona Department of Public Safety. However, in the data release, attorneys told the Navajo officer that he would need an initial $10,000 and an estimated $40,000 to pursue a lawsuit against the Arizona Department of Safety in court.
Anonymous said they targeted Arizona police to expose racism and corruption.
The first release specifically was in opposition to SB 1070 and the Border Patrol. According to their Twitter messages, the first Arizona data release was from Lulzsec, whose members said they disbanded and rejoined Anonymous.
The latest statement said they are targeting racism and injustice.
The second release reveals police officers forwarded racist chain e-mails. One of these offensive e-mails includes the racial slur "camel licking."
The forwarded e-mail begins with: "For the few of you who missed him, R. Lee Ermey is the host of The History Channel's 'Mail Call' and played the Drill Instructor in the movie, 'Full Metal Jacket.' He is a retired Marine Gunnery Sergeant and a very plain speaker, as you will soon read. So, for your entertainment, here is Retired Marine Gunnery Sergeant R. Lee Ermey at his first press conference."
The e-mail continues with the reaction to the world's opinion of the operation in Iraq. Emery says: "'OH SURE! YOU DON'T KNOW THE TIMES I HAVE CRIED MYSELF TO SLEEP WORRYING ABOUT WHAT SOME GODDAMNED FRENCH PANSY THINKS! OH THE DAYS I HAVE HAD TO WEEP BECAUSE SOME SHIT EATING TERRORIST SCUMBAG MIGHT BE MAD AT US, BECAUSE WE WENT INTO WHATEVER GOD FORSAKEN HOLE IN THE SHIT THAT HE LIVES IN AND KILLED HIM. WHAT THE HELL KIND OF DUMBASS QUESTION IS THAT YOU PETER-PUFFING JACKASS? WE ARE THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA , AND WHEN YOU ATTACK US, WE ARE GOING TO COME TO YOUR HOUSE AND BLOW YOUR STINKING CAMEL-LICKING CARCASS INTO PI ECES SO SMALL WE WILL BE ABLE TO BURY YOUR SORRY ASS IN A THIMBLE!"
In another e-mail, a police officer forwards a message concerning President Obama and the belief that he is not a US citizen. This message states that Obama is using a deceased person's social security number. In other e-mails from this officer, there is information on a police officer who is a registered sex offender, registered in South Carolina, and is removed from the Arizona police fraternity lodge.
Anonymous said, "Police officers who lock people up for decades, who get away with brutality and torture, who discriminate against people of color, who make and break their own laws as they see fit. We are making sure they experience just a taste of the same kind of violence and terror they dish out on an every day basis. Our advice to you is to quit while you still can and turn on your commanding officers before you end up in our cross hairs next, because we're not stopping until every prisoner is freed and every prison is burned to the ground."

Bad things happening at TUSD (again)
Tuesday, May 24, 2011 6:45 PM
I would like to let you know about a indoctrination going on at Santa Rita H.S. in Tucson.
There is a spokesman Calvin Terrell who if from African American studies who is telling staff, students, and monitors that the white teacher does not understand the African Americans and that the White man conducted a genocide on the Native Americans.
Also staff have been told they are sitting in Mexico in the auditorium.
He is teaching hate speech with the confidence of the [principal and this is not taking place at any other school.
The principal has mandatory attendance with "sub" available in a cash strapped district to attend these classes and PD hours spent on his briefings. There is role playing where the Whites are the root of all evil.
Someone should look into this.
He passes out ligature and demands by threat that no one show it to anybody.
There is a number of staff who dislike this program but afraid to speak up because they are in fear of their positions.
And some of the worst emails:
UPDATED: Tuscon police chief candidate in 2009, was a "stalker," according to Fraternal Order of Police, and eight of the worst e-mails
Hackers slammed the Arizona Department of Police for a third time on Thursday night, exposing police e-mails with more racism directed at Arabs, anti-immigrant chain e-mails, and crude jokes about President Obama.
The Chinga La Migra Comminque III, "Fraternal Ownage of Police," targets Arizona's Fraternal Order of Police. The Antisec movement said they are defacing and taking down their websites, on behalf of the rights of immigrants and working people.
"You will no longer be able to operate your campaign of terror against immigrants and working people in secrecy: we will find you, expose you, and knock you off the internet."
At 2 a.m. on Friday morning, all city and state websites for the Fraternal Order of Police in Arizona were offline, including websites for Arizona, FPO Labor Council, Mesa, Tucson and Maricopa. On Friday morning, July 1, the websites were still down.
On Twitter, AnonymousIRC wrote, "A wild deface appears: http://www.mesafop.com/. Hello, Arizona Police. 6500 officers trying to catch us, we read your mails #antisec."
On Friday morning on Twitter, the hackers said they are still reading the police e-mails. "One of the great parts of all this is that officials are writing the word 'LULZ' in their super-serious emails."
The statement with the third data release says, "In this batch of emails we found more racist email chain emails, including Springerville's police chief Mike Nuttal forwarding jokes about torturing 'ragheads.' FOP president Brandon L Musgrave was also forwarding anti-muslim emails while also purchasing large amounts of guns, so we're dumping his paypal and credit card information as well."
The e-mails reveal some of the secrets harbored by the Tucson Fraternal Order of Police.
Tucson Police Sgt. Musgrave's e-mails have purchases for AK parts, with anti-immigrant chain letters, and an incoming e-mail questioning the selection of 'Taz' as a potential Tucson police chief in 2009. It questions the choice and wonders how the candidate got "passed the stalking issue."
The incoming e-mail from a fellow officer in the Fraternal Order of Police says of 'Taz,' "Not to mention he is a stalker and nothing was ever done about that and I think he will have the same type of admin. (cover ups especially commanders) and don't forget he was one of those who resigned FOP because of what we did with Schlitz."
The e-mail forwarded by Springerville Police Chief Mike Nuttal praises torture. (Springerville is located near both Navajo and Apache Indian Nations in north central Arizona, where Native Americans have exposed racism.)
The e-mail that Nuttal forwards says, "You've got to love this Guy!! DON CHERRY of hockey night in Canada , was asked on a local live radio talk show, just what he thought about the allegations of torture of suspected terrorists. His reply prompted his ejection from the studio, but to thunderous applause from the audience. HIS STATEMENT: 'If hooking up one raghead terrorist prisoner's testicles to a car battery to get the truth out of the lying little camel shagger will save just one Canadian life, then I have only three things to say: 'Red is positive, black is negative, and make sure his nuts are wet.'"
With three data dumps now by Antisec hackers Anonymous and Lulzsec, as Stephen Lemons at Phoenix New Times points out, there are still no e-mail releases of the racist and anti-immigrant Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio.
In the third release of e-mails, there is a lengthy statement from Arizona State Senator Sylvia Allen, in an e-mail of the Fraternal Order of Police in Tucson, on borders and immigration.
Sen. Allen said of immigrants, "It will do no good to give them amnesty because thousands will come behind them and we will be over run to the point that there will no longer be the United States of America but a North American Union of open borders.
"I ask you what form of government will we live under? How long will it be before we will be just like Mexico , Canada or any of the other Central American or South American country? We have already lost our language, everything must be printed in Spanish. We have already lost our history, it is no longer taught in our schools, and we have lost our borders."
"The leftist media has distorted what SB 1070 will do. It is not going to set up a Nazi Germany. Are you kidding? The ACLU and the leftist courts will do everything to protect those who are here illegally ...," Sen. Allen said in the statement sent by e-mail on June 6, 2010.
Here is the Antisec statement for the third data release, which calls for resistance to governments and corporations:

**## CHINGA LA MIGRA COMMUNIQUE 3 ** 7/01/2011 ** FRATERNAL OWNAGE OF POLICE ***
*******************************************************************************
"For the third knockout blow against Arizona law enforcement, we decided to get destructive. We're defacing eight AZ Fraternal Order of Police websites and releasing a master list of over 1200 officer's usernames, passwords, and email addresses.
Additionally we are leaking hundreds of private FOP documents and several more mail spools belonging to FOP presidents, vice presidents, secretaries, a police chief, and the FOP Labor Council executive directory and webmaster whose insecure web development skills was responsible for this whole mess. We're doing this not only because we are opposed to SB1070 and the racist Arizona police state, but because we want a world free from police, prisons and politicians altogether.
In this batch of emails we found more racist email chain emails, including Springerville's police chief Mike Nuttal forwarding jokes about torturing "ragheads". FOP president Brandon L Musgrave was also forwarding anti-muslim emails while also purchasing large amounts of guns, so we're dumping his paypal and credit card information as well.
Other drama includes internal arguments over FOP positions, disputes over arrested FOP member Michelle Preiss, lots of crude anti-Obama jokes, and lots lots more. Amusingly we also were reading James Mann's emails as they were discussing the AZDPS hacks and struggling to send out press releases explaining why they had a sex offender in their FOP ranks. Initially James changed all his passwords and pulled the AZFOP sites down out of fear of impending hacker attacks, but there is no stopping the kind of chaos we bring upon all those who cross our path.
Truth be told we've been passing around this password list amongst our black comrades for a while now. Much to our amusement we've been reading everybody's emails looking for dirt and personal info, while leaking bits and pieces to expose and instill fear into the crooked cops of Arizona. However the list proved to be too great, and now we are seeking community assistance in going through everybody's inbox to retrieve and expose their secrets. Go forth and bring mayhem to the lives of these corrupt officers, and tell us what you find on irc.anonops.li #antisec.
Let this third and crushing blow against Arizona police send a strong message to the ruling class around the world. You will no longer be able to operate your campaign of terror against immigrants and working people in secrecy: we will find you, expose you, and knock you off the internet. Many lulz have been had while we purposefully strung you along slowly and painfully for the past two weeks. We know exactly what we're doing, so think twice before considering crossing us.
Hackers of the world, join us as we resist against the governments and corporations of the world, for there is enough bounty for everybody aboard the good ship #antisec." 66.

You've got to love this Guy!!
DON CHERRY of hockey night in Canada , was asked on a local live radio talk show, just what he thought about the allegations of torture of suspected terrorists. His reply prompted his ejection from the studio, but to thunderous applause from the audience.

Police Officer Lorraine Thompson, former president of the Fraternal Order of Police in Tucson, received a long statement from Arizona State Senator Sylvia Allen, regarding the border and immigration, dated June 6, 2010.
Here is an excerpt:
"It will do no good to give them amnesty because thousands will come behind them and we will be over run to the point that there will no longer be the United States of America but a North American Union of open borders. The leftist media has distorted what SB 1070 will do. It is not going to set up a Nazi Germany. Are you kidding? The ACLU and the leftist courts will do everything to protect those who are here illegally, but it was an effort to try and stop illegals from setting up businesses, and employment, and receiving state services and give the ability to local law enforcement when there is probable cause, like a traffic stop, to determine if they are here legally. Federal law is very clear, if you are here on a visa you must have your papers on you at all times. That is the law. In Arizona all you need to show you are a legal citizen is a driver license, MVD identification card, Native American Card, or a Military ID. This is what you need to vote or get a hunting license. So nothing new has been added to this law. No one is going to be stopped walking down the street. The Socialists who are in power in DC are angry because we dare try and do something. The Socialists wants us to just let them come. They want the 'Transformation' to continue.
Maybe it is too late to save America . Maybe we are not worthy of freedom anymore. But as an elected official I must try to do what I can to protect our Constitutional Republic . Living in America is not a right just because you can walk across the border. Being an American is a responsibility and it comes by respecting and upholding the Constitution, the law of our land, which says what you must do to be a citizen of this country.

OK. I did get called by the reporter to verify Leibo's position as a spokesman. The
reporter gave me some of the new names. A few are FOP members. Not all of the
names are DPS, but, most are. There is an AJ officer 'Sabo'on the list. The
reporter said he wasn't going to go into too much depth on the info revealed by the
hackers. Just FYI, I'm going to take down most of the AZ FOP web sites as a
precaution.

An e-mail excerpt from Sgt. Brandon Musgrave in Tucson:
"Then the illegals came by the tens of thousands.
Suddenly our taxes went up to pay for free services; small apartments are
housing 5 families: you have to wait 6 hours to be seen by an emergency room
doctor: your child's 2nd grade class is behind other schools because over
half the class doesn't speak English: Corn Flakes now come in a bilingual
box; I have to press "one" to hear my bank talk to me in English, and people
waving flags other than "Old Glory" are squawking and screaming in the
streets, demanding more rights and free liberties.
Maybe it's time for the government to take down the bird feeder.
If you agree, pass this on........."

LulzSec != Anonymous
At least it looks like they're attacking people who need to be attacked instead of knocking out banks and such.
saying ex-lulzsec members is pretty dumb
its just anonymous.

Shit, this is a good thing. Sure, internet groups can be a pain in the ass sometimes, but I simply love it when they expose systemic discrimination and the heads start to roll.
I remember reading that Lulzsec's leader said he just stole the LulzSec name from another hacker group. Also, My mind got fucked up and confused on whether I liked LulzSec or not when they put up #chingalamigra.
Well at least these guys exposed crap that should be, as long as they do not any bad shit like knocking out legitimate people and websites then I am glad to have these guys.
What? Certain cops are racist?
Well this is certainly news to me. Good thing they've shown us the light
What? Certain cops are racist?

What they've done is expose it to the public eye in such a big way that the problem HAS to be addressed.
Gee we really need more of this shit with a internet censorship bill on the horizon
So uh... Hmm..
OH,
AZ fags for the win.
Fuck, now we look even WORSE than we did earlier.
I didn't think that was possible until now.
Gee we really need more of this shit with a internet censorship bill on the horizon
Did you even read the fucking article or do you actually support racist cops?
Gee we really need more of this shit with a internet censorship bill on the horizon
hey guys internet censorship is approaching!
better censor ourselves so they don't have a reason to :downs:
I would be pissed if this happened to me.
Didn't this happen a few weeks ago? I'm confused.
I'm waiting for a big fat nothing to happen.
Either everyone in these emails is going to lose their job, or nothing will happen. Hopefully the former, but more likely the latter. The racism and discrimination probably extends up to the top, so internal affairs is unlikely to take action. If the opposite is true, though, the backlash will be pretty severe.
As long as they don't start hacking and releasing random info, I'm ok with this.
I'm not ok with this, even though I'm glad they outed obvious corruption in a police department.
This is just asking for more trouble from the Feds, US legislators, Arizona statesmen who will misconstrue the release as "a hostile attack on our fine police forces."
Do you really want to give an organization like LulzSec, even holding previous members, the ability to royally screw with innocent people again? AntiSec is claiming, "we're not stopping until every prisoner is freed and every prison is burned to the ground." All hyperboles aside, do you know how dangerous this can be for Arizona's citizens if harmful members of society actually are released? Innocent people are going to be caught in the crossfire of a handful of clever kids. This is just asking for trouble.
AntiSec also promised to do the same to "anyone else who tries to paint us as terrorists in an Orwellian attempt to pass more pro-censorship or racial-profiling police state laws."
People are racist and have these opinions on subjects, as long as it does not prevent them from doing their job then who cares?

Well the police department AntiSec targeted did discriminate against Navajos, force them into US court instead of tribal court. And they've pushed at the State level to remove diversity from schools. So their opinions are affecting others.
Unfortunately, this kind of hostile attempts only paint people who are actually pushing for diversity as the bad guys. AntiSec's hostility can now be perverted so school staff members and others can say, "Hey, if you support diversity, you harm 'innocent' people protected by the 1st Amendment! Just like with the police department!" AntiSec already went too far by releasing personal information and encouraging harassment. This doesn't sit well for Southern areas which are exploring diversity education when they see shit like this happen.
