I bet this is the kinda guy that books a week off work just to play a game...
what a nerd
15 hours' sleep lmao I hope you felt it was personally worth it
And in another week all of the people who have lives and aren't suffering from sleep deprivation will also hit the level cap.
I bet this is the kinda guy that books a week off work just to play a game...
I think he just so happened to be on holiday at the time, so as good a way to kill time as any
That isn't healthy gaming.
I think he just so happened to be on holiday at the time, so as good a way to kill time as any
Isn't that what booking time off is?... like he knew that week the game was out so booked it? :p, but yeah I did it once I or should I say my GF booked a week off work for us both as she's the boss around here and Batman Arkham knight was out... I hadn't realised till the day and was so excited then, well you know how it was from there
I hope he had fun, at least.
Now there's an accomplishment to engrave on your tombstone.
Good on him. He planned a set goal and went through with a strong will.
I bet this is the kinda guy that books a week off work just to play a game...
I dont see the problem with that? I do that because I work 50 hours a week so I kind awnat to have some time to play an anticipated game without having to rush and play for like 1 hour bursts before I have crash out from work.

It's like when we had a huge snowstorm here recently and I bought and played through all of the Uncharted games in one sitting.

At some point you've got to have stopped enjoying yourself and yet he went well beyond that point, why?
I find this tragic more than anything else i'm afraid.
so what does that earn him other than the NEET designation
It's like when we had a huge snowstorm here recently and I bought and played through all of the Uncharted games in one sitting.
Or watching the spiderman trilogy in one night during summer vacation and going to bed at 6:30 with the sun rising. Good times.... Good times.... :,
so what does that earn him other than the NEET designation
a forum thread where people call him nerds
Why do I have a feeling that this person actually works for Ubisoft and did this purely as a publicity stunt?
I bet this is the kinda guy that books a week off work just to play a game...
That would just mean he has a job, can afford to take time off and do whatever he wants with that time. If that's terrible then I want to be terrible.
I bet this is the kinda guy that books a week off work just to play a game...
I would book a day or two off work to really play a game that I anticipated. I don't think that's wrong.
I would book a day or two off work to really play a game that I anticipated. I don't think that's wrong.
There's nothing wrong with taking some time off work to enjoy a game on launch, but this guy went too far if he only got fifteen hours of sleep in seven entire days Optimally, people get 7 to 8 hours of sleep a night, meaning in a week if you sleep at night and get the reccomended time, you get between 49 and 64 hours of sleep in a week. This guy went past "mega fan" straight to "literally hurting himself from obsession".
Considering I literally only have like 12 hours a week to play games, this is gonna last me a while then I suppose before I get there.
Good on him. He planned a set goal and went through with a strong will.
Assuming you're trying to be positive about this scenario and are being serious: I can't even see it like that. It's not that its video games, it's just weird. Replace it with reading a book that much, or watching that many movies? Good god, that's unhealthy.
I got 12 hours of sleep the last week, and that's for work. How is this guys accomplishment, an accomplishment? [editline]21st March 2016[/editline]
I can't even see it like that. It's not that its video games, it's just weird. Or getting 15 hours of sleep throughout a week is also just unhealthy for whatever you're doing. Including reading a book.
