Saw it last week at a drifting competition as one of the cars drifting during the breaks (among some gt86's and a volvo 945, which was the best one of all).

Just because a car is "lowered" doesn't mean it can't also handle with adjusted suspension geometry
It's literally impossible to own a lowered car where i live, speed humps EVERYWHERE.

I have to slow down in intersections in a lot of places around here due to storm drain dips.
Also, sparking on the freeway is fun!
I go by the moccasin rule, my loafer is how much clearance I should have, the credit card is not my way of going around town. Still, you take a nice clean car and make it stand wide for a shot and it's worth it.

The handling and almost the same size of a sedan, except it's actually useful for hauling.
Here the car has to be a coke can off the ground (Same height as the legal requirement) to be able to be roadworthy.

The White one with the M checkered stripes is my friend's Car is a bunch of fun and really well put together. Custom fabbed oil pan and skidplate.
I like how the "stance" thing basically boils down to expensive wheels and custom air-ride suspension that combined costs just as much as the car itself.

I have a nick on my oil pan, a few gouges in my exhaust, dents in my shock towers, torn to fuck fender liners and scrape whenever I turn hard. Do I count lol? I'm still 5-5.5" from the ground at the jack points though lol..

My frame rails are 3 inches from the ground, I'd hate to adjust to that height in a miata, it'd be a monster truck!
