A kid commited suicide at my school, everyone was talking about it. Yet it didn't come out in the news, anywhere. Can you pay for stuff to not come out in the news?

Yes, but it's rare. Also, news agencies don't put on everything that happens. The suicide of one angsty teen is insignificant compared to other crap that goes on.
I don't see why not. Fork up enough cash, and they'll just "ignore" the news story. Like bribing corrupt cops.
It's probably still being sorted out or something.

Either ways, who would bribe the media to cover up a story on a suicide?

The family.
:iiam:
rumors were that he just hung himself,i can't imagine what it would be like for the parents.
they won't cover it probably

or if they do it will be less than a 1 minute segment
oh no a suicide by a teen, how rare
unless you live in a small area

So it's not even real? Or just unconfirmed? Regardless, it's not fodder for a news agency.

He didn't commit suicide.
Not that I know the details of his death or how to bribe news agencies to hide it or anything like that.
Because the news wants to know more about this kid and why he killed himself, if he was just some angsty teen then he's just another statistic. If he killed himself over video games or drugs then it would be somewhere on the news.

our area is really small, yesterday they did a report on a homeless cat that hangs around a local bus stop
and bonds with the people there
I doubt news like this would be hid.
It's probably just not big enough to make the news.
If he was a teen, news stations don't have the right to know.
Some news stations are actually respectable folk and either by their own judgement or by the request of those involved, will not report on these more sensitive matters, or will at least omit names or places until the family has had time to grieve in private.
Maybe cause he was kind of a dick? Well if you want to know how to hide the news just ask :foxnews:
