Yeah maybe it wasn't Promethazine and I misheard him, because from time to time I buy my weed from him and he's not an idiot. I just had no idea about what he was talking about so I figured I'd ask here.

Its probably either a cigarette dipped in codeine/promethazine cough syrup, or it was dipped in pcp/angel dust whatever you wanna call it.
Yeah I think he was kind of fucked up when he was talking to me about it so I'm thinking it isn't promethazine or maybe there's also Codeine or something else.
I don't know I'll clear it up with him tomarrow, but I don't think I'm paying 60 dollars for anything
Phencyclidine is PCP, possibly could be that. If it is codeine, don't buy a cigarette dipped in it. Better off getting pills of it, because then you know how much you're getting.
