Looking for a good Gfx Cart to play The Orange Box with

Im looking for a good graphics card for my PC so I can play GMod and TF2 on atleast medium settings with a steady, high frame rate. I have a PCI slot and a price range of around $100. Any help? Also I found some cards online and I'm wondering if any of theses are good:

GeForce 9600GS with 4gb of ram for 110fps. Also quad processer. My Reccomendation if you have 300 dollars get a HD Radeon 4850 with about 4gb of ram and a... Hm... Quad Processer will give you a nice fps at ALL times.
You gotta know this stuff. Even if it is :eng99: but if you want to get a good job then do the latter.
The 9400 Gt is good. They are all good but have you researched, watched gameplay. Ect

You should be able to play TF2 and other games at max settings depending on your CPU.

I've looked around but I havent researched into gameplay videos yet, but I just have a traditional PCI slot not a PCI-E so the ATI 5670 wouldn't work for me.

If your computer does not have PCI-E, you always gonna get low fps. You can get a new motherboard for $70 - $100 with a pci-e. Then save up and get a GPU.

That might be the thing to do, then. Playing gmod on all low and still getting a below 30 frame rate sucks. I've been stuck with this integrated ATI Xpress 200 for ages.
