That was my initial thought, but if you read around on the video comments people are saying "Which episode is this?", suggesting that it is a real show, and the chances of it being a real show which is supposed to be a piss take is much lower than the chances that it is a proper reality tv show.

The first cry is funnier I think.
The actual story behind it is really sad, the guy saying "I still love you" is the crying man's son who used to be a professional boxer who ended up becoming homeless and addicted to crack. Oh and he also suffered from a stroke and now has to walk with a cane.
