Im not searching too advanced stuff like an iPad i just need to read sheet music through PDF, and download it through internet. Can you recommend me a tablet in these features ?

Thing has hdmi out and a bunch of other crap, thing is awesome.
the cheaper Android tablets have this functionality but they suck. just get a fully featured one, no way round it.
I think the Kindle Fire came out recently. It's about $200.

kindle fire is nice if you want a 7 inch device
You can get a Kindle Touch for $99, it goes online with Wifi and can read PDFs; if you want the Kindle Touch with free 3G it's $149. The downside to the Kindle Touch is that it's black and white.
[b]Your best bet is the Kindle Fire[/b] if you want color and an overall good device, unless you're willing to sacrifice color for free 3G. This tablet is mainly an effective way for Amazon to deliver content to you, but it's cheap and gets done what you asked for in the OP.
