• 600$ Laptop

I'd love to have it as my own PC, until I move with my dad and then still use it as a laptop, so, I'd love a decent GPU, processor speed, and a good amount of USB Ports.

As someone who owns a laptop similar to the one above (I was probably the one who your heard it was good from) it's fantastic. I can run pretty much every game I throw at it on medium/high settings, and in battery saving mode I still get 3-4 hours of battery life. Great machine, very versatile.
I need more CPU Power.
What are you using it for exactly?
Unless you're planning on converting lots of audio and video formats, the CPU is more than enough. It performs much better than an old 1.5GHz Pentium. A-series APUs are also great overclockers. I have mine overclocked and undervolted and the performance when it's at 2.3GHz is astounding.
