i suppose the difference is in this one you actually play someone in that period instead of just teleporting with your 18th century character

I often forget that there was in fact quite a few AssCreed games before Unity. Something to do with the fact that they were all so forgettable. This one will be too and I wonder how long are they going to keep making the same game with a different coat of paint.

The concept's cool though. It's exactly the kind of thing I wanted from Unity's similar segments
I kinda hate this part about the gaming journalist / sites, no game can even have any sort of secret or easter eggs becouse you see the whole media going crazy about X GAME HAS A UNIQUE UNDISCOVERED SECRET CLICK HERE TO SEE IT! click bait
syndicate apparently is very good
Sounds like majority are in agreement that Syndicate is excellent. Technically speaking, nothing as game breaking as Unity and from a gameplay standpoint, they've included a lot to do and kept things fun and exciting with the side missions and other activities.
Sounds like this game helped stabilize AC expectations as of late. Can't wait to play it myself!
Once again the month long delay will be so "hype" builds due to people raving about the console version. Then the PC version will be a garbage port. Ubisoft will do fuck all to improve it, citing that people should buy more expensive parts for their PCs. Then possibly grossly exaggerated figures that claim they sold a single copy and everyone else on the planet is a dirty pirate. Also, 10 months from now we may see a PC port of the REALLY under the radar Assassin's Creed: Chihuahuas, originally released for Game Boy Advanced.
