The Petition http://forum.ea.com/eaforum/posts/list/370244.page EA has abandoned its customers, and has scammed us all. When you purchase a game do you not expect it to work? I do. So why is it that EA has limited its servers down so it's impossible to join a game more than 90% of the time? This has been an issue for a year now and it needs to be fixed. If you are experiencing the same problem (I know most of you are) please go to the link above and sign the petition, get the word out that you want BF1943! Yes this is me.
What did you expect?
To be honest I expected a game that worked. Little did I know it's nearly impossible to connect to any games.
Speaking of 1943, is it ever coming to PC? If so, wait for that, PCs are less prone to server malfunction
Bad Company 2 is where it's at now.
Yes I'm pretty sure it is for the PC. But i'm on a laptop and don't have a mouse for it.
lol CRT
I've never had a problem with this game on the 360.
I've never had a problem with this game on the 360.
I'm still trying to connect right now it won't let me. You should give it a shot, see how lucky you are. Also I'm in Canada, I don't know if that changes anything or not.
It's EA. Good luck with that.
No worries though, new trainworks DLC is coming out soon.
I have it for PS3 and I've never had a problem with it.
Yeah, I have it for 360 and it never puts me into a game.
I have it for 360 and it always just works fine - I live in Germany btw.

Are you sure you have open ports? I just looked it up, to remove all possible connection troubles, you should open these ports : TCP Ports: 80, 13020, 18280, 18285 UDP Ports: 53, 3074, 11000-11030, 18285

It works every now and then so I know that's not the problem. It usually only works late at night, 10pm or later. So I know it's not my ports.
Works perfectly for me.
I played this game tons, worked fine for me...
He kind of looks like a hobbit.
The game works fine for me
I bought 1943 shortly after it came out and had quite a bit of fun but I haven't played it since. I'm not surprised EA fucked over 1943's servers because no one really played it anywhere near as much as BF:2 which was released quite a few years earlier.
This happens a fair amount, sometimes for hours at a time. The other night, both the BC2 demo and 1943 couldn't connect to server for a good half hour, though BC1 and all my other games worked fine.
I just deleted this game the other day
I played this game tons, worked fine for me...
Yeah, you played the game, and it worked fine, but right now, people are having trouble joining games. I just joined a game on the first try. Laggy, though. Here's a video I made with my shit camera. Takes good pictures but also had a video recording feature, but sadly, it's awful quality.
He kind of looks like a hobbit.
I actually found that slightly amusing.
No worries though, new trainworks DLC is coming out soon.
I don't understand this post, but it made me laugh.
Mine works
Just because it doesnt work for you, doesn't mean everyone else is feeling the same.
