I'm running Windows XP.
Whenever I try to start up a .exe file, it says this error. Everything was working fine a few hours ago, this started happening when I rebooted. The only .exe that I can run is IExplorer.
Were you using any other browser by any chance?
I don't think they want you using non-IE browsers.

And to think, all I needed to do was google.
I was using IExplorer. When I ran the RegEdit fix, an error popped up saying "Cannot import C:\DOCUME`1/Me/LOCALS`1/Temp/Rar$DI00.781/xp_exe_fix.reg: Error opening the file. There may be a disk or file system error."
