Need Upgrade Recommendations on a $400 Budget (Motherboard-Case-CPU)

Thanks, now I can play skyrim at 40 fps.
Are you doing anything else other than gaming with this build? What is your budget? What model and brand is your PSU?
With your current setup I'd advise to do a full-on upgrade. Upgrading to the most recent CPU will require you to get a new motherboard and RAM, DDR3 RAM is pretty cheap though by todays standard. Besides from that you can carry everything else over, you might want to consider upgrading the GPU and harddrive though.
I bought a ps4 instead.
2500k works well!
Motherboard is totally fine although you won't get other features and benefits such as SLI. If you plan to do SLI in the future then I'd recommend to go for either the PRO model or choose a different motherboard that supports it. You should also definitely go for the 2500K since it will allow you to overclock it.

Get this motherboard instead: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128502
And you'll need new RAM, 4gb is fine for games but for $15 more you can get 8gb, it's so cheap, why not: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231417 Sniper because it's really cheap right now and you get a free flash drive.
Also you'll need DDR3 RAM with an i5.
Too late Satanix.

Thanks! I'll be going with that motherboard and the RAM.
As well as the CPU Greendolphin posted. Should I bother with an aftermarket Cooler, if so I was considering grabbing this. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103065
Most would recommend getting a new cooler, the stock one does 'ok' but even a $30 one will allow 4.5ghz easily and sometimes 5ghz depending on silicon lottery and such.
The hyper 212+ is a great choice, there's also the 212 evo which is just a newer 212+ with copper full-touch pipes and a better fan: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103099&Tpk=Hyper%20212%20evo
Got my case just now, my other parts will be coming in tomorrow I'll let everyone know how it goes.
Installation went great, everything works perfectly. Thanks for the suggestions everyone!
