Because that scene doesnt exist on the DVD, the closest part is when Luke is looking out at the sunset but it doesnt show whats in this screen.

Every time I try to print screen a movie, it turns out black. Is this copyright protection, or a glitch?

You need to disable hardware acceleration. This is because when a video program renders video using a graphics card, it just displays a slightly off-black color that the card detects, and displays the video on. Disabling the hardware acceleration will cause software to render the video, therefore fixing the problem.
