I have an iPhone 4 that needs to be replaced, so I was wondering if there were any reliable, quality and advanced Android phones that match or exceed the iPhone's quality. Price doesn't matter, I'm just looking for the best Android phone available on AT&T.
I'm coming to you guys first to get the initial phones to look at so I don't need to look at every phone to find out 70% aren't worth my time.
Thanks
Samsung Galaxy S (TM) II Skyrocket (TM)
Just Samsung Galaxy S II, the Skyrocket has Qualcomm CPU and GPU which is weaker then the ones in the original S2.
The note is coming out soon which is like the s2 but larger.
Most people aren't going to want the note for normal use. It's huge and the digitizer is kind of unnecessary unless you specifically want it.
My suggestion is to hold onto your iPhone 4. HTC will be releasing one of their "hero" devices on AT&T, and it'll either be a Tegra 3 or something that tops that.

If you're set on getting an LTE phone, at least get the Xperia Ion or the Skyrocket HD, but only if you can't wait for Snapdragon S4 chipsets.
