Afghan suicide attack hits UK embassy car in Kabul, Kills 5, ~30 wounded

I'm not sure what the Taliban could possibly hope to accomplish with these attacks. They're not winning the support of the people this way, and they're only encouraging to resist them further.

Embassy workers do so much good. I mean, the US embassy puts on Jazz concerts in Moscow and gave out free tickets, in addition to really helping ease relations between us and russia and help citizens more than russias bureacracy mess. I went to an international school, going with kids of foreign ambassadors, from everywhere to Vietnam to Zimbabwe. Its not an easy job representing your country far away from home. My condolences and respect for these workers and their families.
