My dad's friend is a graphic designer and he wants to sell his PC to me for exactly 1000 U.S dollars, it includes a flat screen 22 inch monitor. I don't remember the specifications well but the specifications for the desktop is

1 TB HDD
intel core i7 processor
Dual core processor
6 GB ram
3.2 GHz
Geforce 2200 video card
it was self built by him
Please note that is ALL i can remember, and left out lots of other info,
also I am not good with computers
Those specs make no sense at all.

core i7 is quad core, not dual core.
Well dual core, and i7 are two seperate things, but If I'm decoding it properly it looks like a computer that can play about any game, but I bet you could pay way less if you build it yourself.
