A Chinese man was hospitalized for blindness after playing computer games for four straight days. Xu, of Xining, capital of Qinghai province, went to a cyber café after quarreling with his wife. The businessman went without sleep for four straight days playing online games there until he complained he had lost his vision. I was expecting "Man goes blind playing with himself"
Well, I hope he learned his lesson. I don't think he's going to be playing video games 4 days straight from now on.
Can't really blame computer games, since you may go bind staring at whatever is on the screen for four days.
Serves him right for using a cyber cafe
He can walk it off. Unless he looks like that.
I bet all those anti-game groups will use this as evidence to their cause. Too bad they'll leave out the fact he played without rest for four straight days.
No, it was just "Blindness: The Game". He finally won.
Temporary Blindness, so it isnt really a big deal.
Lemme me guess, WoW? no no no wait Rapelay
I was expecting "Man goes blind playing with himself"
I was expecting to be able to post this and horde funnies and agrees
I guess he just had to keep the mid lane clear.
How the fuck did I just know it was from China before I opened it? All the video game horror stories come from China.
So, if anyone from another country played games for 4 days straight, they'd just start squinting a bit? ...that's how it works... right?
Him being Chinese explains it all. (User was banned for this post ("Racism" - verynicelady))
Him being Chinese explains it all.
Racist much? (User was banned for this post ("Report and move on - don't post about it in the thread" - verynicelady))
Him being Chinese explains it all.
Couldn't you at least come up with something better?
Him being Chinese explains it all.
Sadly this is true. The Chinese gaming community have unhealthy habits to the point where there are gaming addiction rehab centers.
Racist much?
you're the one who interprets that as a racial comment. He was most likely referring to the common Chinese habit of playing the living shit out of video games. But you probably thought "SLANT EYES!? FUCKING RACIST!"
You can't really blame him. He was probably shang-hai'd into it.
I was expecting "Man goes blind playing with himself"
No. No you weren't.
Well, I hope he learned his lesson. I don't think he's going to be playing video games 4 days straight from now on.
I don't think he'll be doing much driving either.
Happened to me when i was wake for 2 days, i saw really blurry, like a chicken or something, after sleeping it was back to normal.
When was this exactly?
What has been seen... Oh wait [editline]12:07AM[/editline] He probably didn't blink in days!! o.0
I was expecting "Man goes blind playing with himself"
:sigh: Illiteracy....... Oh and wasnt there a korean guy that played WoW for 3 days without shitting and without sleeping and died?
I bet he went blind, and just kept playing.
Looking at something (other than a strong source of radiation (monitor doesn't count)) can't make you go blind.
And they wonder why China doesn't like having World of Warcraft in their country....
Looking at something (other than a strong source of radiation (monitor doesn't count)) can't make you go blind.
Look into a laser for a couple of hours and get back to me on that...
