I guess banning trolls isn't enough anymore? Gotta hunt them down in real life and charge them to the fullest extent of the law.
Kind of stupid in my opinion.
Now on the other hand, running a spam service is justifiably an asshole thing to do and thats the type of thing that should be focused on rather than bbc's sensationalist header.
