So yeah, my Steam page doesn't load properly, I tried going to the Store via Steam, and it's the same. It only began today, I'm thinking it might have something to do with that new sale or something.

Clear your cache and flush your DNS. This happens from time to time when one side or the other fails to load the elements at a normal rate. Try a different browser as well.
