The idea is basicly A professor gets paralyzed by Mob hitmen, makes a special suit that makes him able to walk slowly, be indestructable, and ultimately make his enemies piss their pants.
Its a little boring but its pretty fun watching those idiot mafia guys hurl themselves toward him, fail to defeat him, and utterly piss their pants or injure themselves.
