Hey I wanted to get some neon for my car and a new exhaust preferably borla. I have an 05 civic coupe. i was wondering if anyone had any websites they could refer me too.

nothing is admirable about a civic with neons and a borla exhaust
borla only makes an exhaust system for 06+ civics.

Well after talking with my papa I have decided that I should probably not get the neon. BUT I would still like an exhaust. Why? Not to make it look amazing or show off or anything like you guys seem to be thinking, but for [B]MYSELF[/B]. So since you think borla is WAY overpriced (and i agree) what would you suggest? I am not looking for a fart tube by any means. I'm looking for a nice exhaust that will make it sound like a muscle car/mustang if you know what sound I'm talking about.

I loled very nice use of words. But fine then forget about the cars involved I would just like a reference for a good exhaust company that does not charge you tons of money for the name. A good brand with a reasonable price. Could you at least help me with that much?
look buddy, you want a good exhaust? be a man you gotta rig up a "continuous flow" system, get a big vac hose and run it from your exhaust into your cars cabin. Turn on the AC and it will suck the exhaust into the engine, giving you a 150 HP boost, and increasing fuel economy
oh yeah and it sounds like a fucking V8 BEAST.
Make sure you leave the windows rolled up though, if the exhaust gets out you could get fined.

Honestly, you can re do your whole aspiration system, cold air intake, intake gasket, headers, and exhaust, but you can't make 4 cylinders made to rev like crazy sound like 8 with mountains of torque, made in the 60's. Besides, that would sound ridiculous coming from a civic.
That said, with the above mods, you can make any car sound nice. Just putting a cold air intake on my car made it sound much better, and from lower down in the rpm's.

2.0 liters and above, with a tarbo and a free flowing exhaust gets pretty close. But a Civic, no.

Even the 1.8 Boxer engines sound fairly close to a v8 when you add UEL headers.
Get a t66 turbo with nos and a Motec exhaust system.
