I was thinking that they would pick a random survival or each playthrough to die. Having one character specifically die would make for a wierd play through. "I'm playing as XXXX because I was to die first." or something.
It's probably gonna be Bill, he's the oldest and seems to be the smartest, I'd imagine him being the one to say "I'll sacrifice myself to protect you guys" before the other three would.
Although I hope it's Francis. Douche.
