The extradition of Romanian hacker “Guccifer” to the U.S. at a critical point in the FBI’s criminal investigation of Hillary Clinton’s email use is “not a coincidence,” according to an intelligence source close to the case.

One of the notches on Guccifer’s cyber-crime belt was allegedly accessing the email account of Clinton confidant Sidney Blumenthal, one of Clinton’s most prolific advice-givers when she was secretary of state. It was through that hack that Clinton's use of a personal account -- clintonemail.com -- first came to light.
Former law enforcement and cyber security experts said the hacker, whose real name is Marcel Lehel Lazar, could – now that he’s in the U.S. – help the FBI make the case that Clinton’s email server was compromised by a third party, one that did not have the formal backing and resources of a foreign intelligence service such as that of Russia, China or Iran.
“Because of the proximity to Sidney Blumenthal and the activity involving Hillary’s emails, [the timing] seems to be something beyond curious,” said Ron Hosko, former assistant director of the FBI’s Criminal Investigative Division from 2012-2014.
With the FBI getting the hacker, and the tech who set up Hillary's server, they are really going to have an airtight case.
All in all, IF (and I don't doubt they will) the FBI brings forth a case, then Hillary is rightfully fucked.

Unless the Justice Department decides not to prosecute.

There would be a fucking riot.
Also, depending on which party is in charge at that time too. But even now the Current Justice Department would be hard pressed to find an excuse to not prosecute, even Sanders has gotten in on the Email Scandal.
Riot? You wish.
Wish people cared. Its sad.
A lot of people do care. Maybe it's enough. Maybe it's not.
Holy shit, maybe they'll actually go after her. Prove that she's not above the law.

I'm sure the republican party would bitch about it, it's the perfect thing to use against Hillary, that might just be enough.
Hopefully she gets hit with something nasty and gets put into a jail cell or put to the gallows.
It's not the first time a Clinton has done something pseudolegal, and it's not the first time a Clinton has dodged any repercussions.
I'm sure the republican party would bitch about it.
But nobody listens to the Republican party bitching. Or if they do, nobody does anything about it

Not really a riot but it gives GOP ammo to say that Hillary is above the law and the constitution, it's just more cannon fodder for them and Sanders (if he wishes to use any of it)

What? Source?

[citation needed] He has said I'm tired about Hillary's emails
Arrest Clinton

That was way in the beginning When O'Malley was in the race. I'm pretty sure back in February Sanders mentioned that the emails might hold some weight.
What is she guilty of?
What is she guilty of?
Willingly operating a server that handle federal materials, including confidential items.
What is she guilty of?
Using a private email server to handle sensitive information that was hacked by the Romanian dude mentioned in OP
What is she guilty of?
If my understanding of the situation is correct based on revealed news so far, knowingly storing and transmitting classified federal documents on unmonitored private email servers that were not cleared for handling classified info.
What is she guilty of?
To put things in simple terms, she broke probably the biggest rule about classified info
It doesnt go on public channels.
What is she guilty of?
having classified info on a unsecured unapproved non-gov email server.
its like taking secret info from a high security locked vault and putting it in a hotel safe and leaving the door open.
the us gov basically beats the shit out of anyone that does this. you cant even bring a usb drive near a gov server without getting your shit slapped.
