They managed to give him back a face. It looks fucked up but at least it's here. And when I say he got his face burned to the skull I mean with nothing left, no eyes, no teeth, no muscles, no nose, nothing.

Not to say this isn't awful, but like other people said: bullets were flying, and she was in the wrong place at the wrong time. No one's to blame. Also: Holy shit we can save people who take bullets to the head

Also some guy attempted to kill himself by shooting a bullet through his temple, the bullet just went in on one side and got out on another, the guy completely forgot what he just did, never wanted to kill himself after that and right after failing his suicide he just went to his kitchen and started cooking eggs like nothing happened.
