This'll totally make people care about Google+. "block certain words or save time by auto-approving comments from certain fans." - What is the point of this? If people think something is bad (or criticism) they just mark it spam anyway.

The box to link g+ and youtube wouldn't go away, so I did it with a name change at the same time, and what it really did was create a youtube account for my gmail account and deleted access to my youtube. It took me forever to get access to my account back. I'm a youtube parter, a small one, but still a partner, so I guess support where more willing to suck my dick a bit, god help you if you aren't. I wish it happened to a massive personality so there was more outrage about it.

I like it. A lot of the changes have been needed for a long time (like being able to post links) and it's good to see they're in now. The shoving of G+ down our throats is shitty, but until someone creates a better service they won't change their ways. They make money with your information and they need everything connected to better identify you so they can sell your (now more accurate) information. They're basically saying: if you don't like it don't use it, and they know you won't do that because.

You can just use the Google+ account that is automatically created for you with the same name and avatar as your YouTube account? They're not forcing you to sign up with Google+, they've already done that.

the comments section isn't even showing up for me

The comments completely disappeared for me. The notification box pops up in its place, but when I X out of it, it's just a blank page. Refreshing doesn't work.
